My story

Yoda the cat

I became passionate about cats when I adopted this little furball named Yoda a few years ago.

I was hungry to learn everything about this unique and endearing animal.

 

I quickly became convinced that cats deserved products made specifically for them, not generic pet products.  

With my own background in digital and e-commerce, I had everything I needed to build a serious, high-quality website.

 

The project

After careful thought, I decided to launch the Chic et Chat project in 2021. Driven by my passion for cats, opening an online pet store dedicated to cats felt like the obvious choice.


The project's goal is simple and comes down to a few points:

  • Offer quality products designed for cats and kittens
  • Offer unbeatable value for money
  • Provide real customer service that is responsive and reliable

Growth

Achieving these three goals took a lot of work. I visited a large number of workshops to find the best, hand-picked suppliers.

I work with trusted partners, experts in their fields, to help me grow the business. Even so, I decided to run things with the bare minimum to keep costs down and offer you unbeatable value for money.

It's daily work, but it's exciting! I hope to count you among the many customers who have joined us over the past few months.
